REALITY CHECK…We will each have different education and workforce journeys.  

While college is a great option for many, we must de-stigmatize other paths, including the high school to career pathway.  College right after high school simply isn’t everyone’s option or choice.  

While some might go directly to college after high school, many others will graduate from high school and enter the workforce.   Some will choose to honorably serve our country in the U.S. military. Many others will “earn and learn”, pursuing credentials, certificates and college degrees while working.

That was my Mother and so many other people I know.

Those degrees are hard earned, the graduations extraordinarily special and should remind us that it is never too late. 

And that is today’s #MondayMotivation!

Congratulations to EVERY graduate, irrespective of your start or finish time.
